How does it work?

  • Initial discovery call. This is to get a high level understanding of your requirements and pain points.
     

  • Solution design. Based on your requirements we agree on the best service for you. This includes agreeing resource requirements, scope, expectations, governance, stakeholder mapping and identifying sponsors.  
     

  • The work starts. Introduction call with all stakeholders and project governance instated.
     

  • Agreed governance, tracking and reporting put in place as per agreed scope.
     

  • End of project report produced detailing full handover plan and RAID Logs to allow BAU.
